Milani Keep It Full Maxxx Lip Plumper brings the heat in this high-intensity plumping gloss with pigment rich color and serious shine.

DIRECTIONS

For best results, the lip plumper gloss works best on smooth, clean and hydrated lips. Begin at the Cupid’s bow and glide the applicator across lips in a strong crisscross pattern. Proceed to apply along the outer edge of the lips, ending at the corners. Repeat on the bottom lip.
